Mark Watts is the Executive Director of C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group. The organisation grew from 63 to 96 of the world greatest cities, representing one quarter of the global economy. Mark Watts is former director of Arup and was the Senior Advisor to the Mayor of London from 2000 to 2008.
